奥恰洛夫因自身感染退出卡塔尔赛 波尔已经退赛

　　北京时间3月1日，2020年国际乒联巡回赛卡塔尔赛开赛前，德国选手奥恰洛夫因自身严重感染而退出比赛。此前波尔也退赛。

　　奥恰洛夫在微博中写道：在匈牙利公开赛的半程中，我受到了严重的感染。后来我服用了抗生素，但是仍然觉得自己太虚弱，不能参加下周举行的德国全国锦标赛和卡塔尔公开赛。

　　我为那些想看我比赛的人感到遗憾。我想在回到赛场前能够完全的恢复。

　　Finished the Hungarian Open with the semis， very happy about that under the given circumstances that I was suffering with a strong infection。 Afterwards I was on antibiotics and still feel way too weak to participate in the German National Championships and the Qatar Open next week。

　　Sorry for everyone who wanted to see me play。 I want to recover completely before going back to the table
